Know what to expect before you talk

How Our Network Works

A freshly finished concrete driveway beside a wood-frame home in Seattle

Who You Talk To

When you reach out through Earnedfeel Concrete, you are connected with an independent local provider. They are a separate business. They are not an employee of Earnedfeel Concrete, and they run their own jobs and set their own prices.

What Happens on the First Conversation

The provider will ask about your project. Expect simple questions:

  • Where is the property?
  • Is this a driveway, a patio, or a stamped surface?
  • About how large is the area?
  • What is there now: gravel, grass, old paving?

They may suggest a visit to look at the site. This helps them give an accurate written quote.

What to Ask a Provider

A short list can help you feel prepared:

  • What base and thickness do you plan to use?
  • How will you handle drainage and wet weather?
  • Will the slab include joints or reinforcement?
  • What finish do you suggest, and how will it hold up to moss and damp?
  • Is the quote in writing, with materials and timing listed?
  • What licensing and insurance apply to this job?

If your project is near the foundation, ask how they will protect it and keep water moving away from the house.

You Are in Control

You do not have to say yes to anyone. Get more than one estimate. Compare them side by side. Take a few days if you need to. A good provider will not rush you.

Typical costs vary by size, site and finish, so ask for a written quote you can read clearly.
